4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Remove vehicles and valuable belongings from work areas.
Keep children and pets away from active construction zones.
Disclose any known property conditions that may affect the work.
Obtain any required homeowner association approvals unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in the project contract.
Unless otherwise stated:
Deposits may be required before work begins.
Progress payments may apply for larger projects.
Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the project.
Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays, suspension of work, or additional fees permitted by applicable law.
6. Changes to the Scope of Work
Any changes requested after work begins must be approved in writing.
Approved changes may affect project pricing, completion dates, and material selections.
7. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.
Power Roofing may provide a workmanship warranty as specified in the signed project agreement.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from:
Natural disasters
Severe weather events
Improper maintenance
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Abuse or neglect
Normal wear and tear
8. Limitation of Liability
